Cantrell Commercial Real Estate LLC was started by Colt Cantrell.  Colt is a graduate of Texas Tech University and a proud member of the Kappa Alpha Order.  He left Lubbock, Texas in the Spring of 2006 with a degree in Communication Studies.  Shortly after graduation, he became a Licensed Texas Realtor and began working as a Broker’s Associate at Ritter and Associates Real Estate in Mansfield, Texas.  While working at Ritter and Assoc., Colt gained valuable knowledge that only comes from working all different sides of Real Estate Brokerage.  With three years of hands-on commercial real estate experience in one of the toughest economies since the 1930s, Colt decided it was time to start his own real estate company.

Colt grew up  with two brothers in a real estate family in Colleyville, Texas.  His father, Gary, has been an active Real Estate Developer throughout Tarrant County since the early 1980s.  This has given Colt a different perspective on Real Estate because he has seen the development process from start to finish, and has witnessed what it takes to make real estate transactions profitable for all who are involved. 

Cantrell Commercial Real Estate is truly a family company.  Cantrell Commercial is a partner of the Cantrell Development Group, Inc. and Nate Cantrell Construction LLC.   Together they are involved in the development and investment of commercial and residential real estate throughout North Texas. With the ability to pool wisdom and reliability from these other partnerships, Cantrell Commercial Real Estate is able to stand proud behind the services they provide.
